Beginning with founder-led conversations, I serve as a secret weapon decision partner for groups, coming in to support when the team is stifled by drama, feeling stuck or, when there is a sense of confusion about the group’s vision and values.
This process provides founders with a renewed sense of connection to why they are doing this work in the first place, as well as new clarity about where they want to take their business next.
