About

A woman in a white button-up shirt and black skirt sitting outdoors on a wooden chair in a grassy field on a partly cloudy day.

Hi, I’m Ashley Wick

I’ve always been an achiever and striving for excellence comes naturally to me. I was an A student, a competitive horseback rider, and a collegiate athlete at Duke. As an Enneagram 3, I know the rush of setting big goals and the satisfaction of reaching them.

But what I’ve learned about achieving is that it needs to be balanced with consciousness and purpose. Achieving for the sake of achievement is an exercise in ego—it can be an exhausting experience and, ultimately, unsatisfying. True achievement is about doing meaningful work that aligns with who you really are and contributes to the greater good.

I am deeply fueled by a belief in human potential and attuned to the quiet, powerful rhythms of transformation. The most meaningful growth I’ve witnessed—in myself and in others—starts with the courage to slow down, listen, and learn how to be, not just do. (And believe me, the overachiever in me resisted this truth for a long time.)

To work with me means you’re ready for change from the inside out—transformation rooted in mind, heart, body, and spirit.

I am a nurturing seer and a fierce truth-teller. My strength is seeing what’s really happening under the surface—often before others can name it. I have a sharp instinct for spotting someone’s core talent and helping them bring it forward. Nothing excites me more than seeing my clients and the people in my community fully expressed and empowered.

My mission? To help you compassionately clear what’s holding you back so you can do more of what you love and the world needs.

“Doing more won’t set you free. Becoming more of who you are will.”

What I Bring to the Table

I’m a certified co-active coach (PCC) with over a decade of experience coaching founders and leaders toward lives of purpose and service. My training includes certification as a Playing Big facilitator and coursework in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead and Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence programs. I have studied with the Conscious Leadership Group and am grateful for the tutelage of John Hanley Jr., Landon Carter, Gay Hendricks, Steve Marsh, Richard Strozzi, and Amanda Blakely.

Before becoming a coach, I built a career in communications and marketing in New York City, working with iconic brands including Vogue, Diane von Furstenberg, Anya Hindmarch, IMG, and the UN’s International Trade Commission. My expertise in public relations has given me unique insight into the challenges of building a brand, and has shaped my belief that strong "internal communication"—how we talk to ourselves and engage with other—is essential for success.

Who I Coach

I work with ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives, founders, and leaders who are in a season of transition and want to become more conscious leaders and humans. They’re accomplished, but craving a different kind of success: one rooted in authenticity, impact, and ease. The success they built didn’t include the most important parts of who they really are, and they’re ready to course-correct. I also work with leaders and teams who are experiencing dysfunction, drama, and want to get on the same page to collaborate more fluidly and effectively together.  Is this you?
